Augustin advises his clients during the negotiation and drafting of their contracts (NDA, license, assignment, etc.), and ensures the defense of their rights in legal proceedings for infringement and / or unfair competition (lawsuits in counterfeiting, emergency interim measures, infringement seizures, customs procedures), before French and European courts. Augustin also regularly deals with intellectual property issues specific to public procurement and is thus the reference lawyer for several public law firms with whom he works closely.

​Pierre Darkanian has developed recognised expertise in criminal and business criminal law: he represents and assists his clients, who are either accused or victims, at all stages of criminal proceedings (police custody, investigation, trial hearings before criminal courts, enforcement of sentences, compensation for damages before the CIVI).
Pierre advises in particular a clientele of local authorities, elected representatives and citizens confronted with criminal issues specific to the administration (public procurement, town planning, environment, defamation, harassment at work, etc.), and also assists civil servants in the context of functional protection. Pierre is the reference criminal lawyer for several public law firms with whom he works closely.
COMMERCIAL LAW
Pierre Darkanian and Augustin Pfirsch combine their skills to support their clients at the various stages of the design and implementation of their commercial projects (assistance and supervision of negotiations, contract drafting and execution).
